Job Description:

Dietitian required for a Sales and Marketing job - Dublin based -

Location -

Based within easy commuting distance of Dublin office, Sales position to cover all of Ireland

Education & Qualifications Required

Educated to degree level in Dietetics or Nutrition

 - Degree in Marketing, or CiM members holding a Chartered Marketer Qualification (or equivalent)

Skills & Experience Required

- Experience in HCP/Patient contact in Paediatrics or Metabolic therapy areas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of the HSE
Basic analytical skills
- Must live on territory

- Ability to liaise  cross functionally with key departments and gain stakeholder buy-in to plans
- Some understanding of how HSE system works in primary and secondary care.
- Demonstrated analytic and financial management skills
- Ability to demonstrate project management skills
- Good communication skills (written/ verbal) - clear and persuasive.

 Proven history of strong sales performance ideally in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
Selling, negotiation & key account management skills. 
Experience of implementing and delivering against sales strategy.
Strong understanding of the HSE landscape and nutrition.

Metabolics and Ketogenics Specialist
(sales & commercial)

Overall Purpose of the Job

This is a hybrid role which has 60% allocated to sales in field and 40% allocated to marketing and projects. This allows a breadth of experience and skills development whilst having proximity to the customers and the metabolics market.

Key Responsibilities


Sales performance and measurement
Sales & market share growth of product/service portfolio.
Develop, review, track progress and deliver on a business plan and account plans.
Implementation of Metabolics and Ketocal marketing strategy.
Propose & analyse new business ideas to increase business and return on investment.
Review/analyse sales results/KPIs & market intelligence
Customer and Account Management
Identify KOLs, key customers and new stakeholders. Develop sustainable relationships in order to promote services & solutions in line with the customer needs.
Driving, organising and attending patient centred events with a clear return on investment - requires some weekend working.
Contribute to business intelligence
Provide information, insights & customer profiling for forecasting & campaign development.
Analyse, report on & respond to competitor behaviour
Develop self & others
Review activities & behaviours to continuously improve performance, work collaboratively, sharing best practice with cross functional teams

1. Leadership of key projects in line with strategic Plan and input into category plan - as required and agreed with Group Commercial Manager and Senior Brand Managers
2. Excellence in execution of key identified projects in line with company values and behaviours
3. Building and sharing of market and stakeholder understanding, and contributing to the identification of actionable insights as required
4. Assisting in the identification and assessment of new opportunities for category and brand growth (brand positioning, products, services, channels) and the development of launch plans
5. Assisting in the development, execution and evaluation of stakeholder connection activities for effective communication with agencies
6. Financial management of projects as needed, ensuring delivery to budget within agreed timelines, and assisting in cost optimisation and ROI evaluation of activities
7. Input and support as required for event management and HCP conferences
