Medical Trainer - Spine/Orthopaedic - Dublin
One
of the world's leading Medical Device & Technology companies,
develops and manufactures products that treat a variety of disorders of
the cranium and spine, including traumatically induced conditions,
degenerative conditions, deformities, and tumors.
This Company now offers a range of solutions for neurological and spinal conditions that is unmatched in the medical industry.
This Company now seeks a Trainer to join the Spinal Team in Ireland.
Essential Requirements
• College or university technical or scientific education
• Business acumen (orthopaedic/ neurosurgery preferred)
• 1-2 years sales experience ideally within medical industry.
• 2 years experience in the planning and implementation of professional meetings/programs.
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Sales skills preferred, not essential
• Demonstrate ability to be a team player
• Ability to comprehend and explain technical concepts at all levels
• High interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability/available to travel at short notice to support business demands.
• Self motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
• Full clean drivers licence
Role Function
• To support targeted sales territories to strengthen business with existing/new customers in the defined regions .
• Clinical supportive role within team environment - working closely with two Territory Managers.
This
is initially a training role for the first 12 months where you will be
supporting the spine team - this will involve many duties of a
territory sales manager but you won't have a target they are
responsible for.
Spine is a very demanding technical marketplace
and this is a great role for someone to learn the clinical area without
the sales pressures.
About you
You will be someone who is keen to learn and develop themselves but has an appearance of
being mature and calm.
This division in Ireland has seen tremendous growth over the last 3 years and this is a new role
because of this.
