As a Human Resource Manager, it is important for me to have trust and confidence with companies in the area of recruitment, training and in any other ares which impacts on colleagues within PEI.
The area of recruitment is key to our continuous development and for PEI to continue to have the impact it has in the market place, we need to recruit individuals who will continue to develop our business.
To ensure that this happens we need to work with recruitment agencies who understand the way we, in PEI, work and that the candidates they send to us will have the ability to integrate and add value to PEI and equally that PEI will enhance their professional and personal development.
PEI has been working with Jackie Brown for a number of years and has followed her through her career to where she now has her destiny in her hands with the founding of Jackie Brown Medical Ltd. In her, PEI has found a person/company who can deliver for PEI. Jackie is not an individual who sends quantity but someone who listens to our needs and endeavors to deliver or exceed those needs.
Jackie, with her medical background, can relate to our customer base and actively seeks candidates who will adapt in that market place. In dealing with the candidates that she puts forward, I find them well prepared for interview, having a full understanding of the role they are being interviewed for. In moving through what can be a difficult recruitment process within PEI, she continuously checks in and offers whatever assistance we may require through the process, up to and including final offer.
